I am thrilled to be sharing an exhibition with my friend; amazing artist/physician/witness Lissa Rankin, in a joint exhibit of our work titled, “SHE LIVES.”

After five years of preparation, Lissa will be launching her touring art exhibition The Woman Inside Project. A series of painted casts of the torsos of women with breast cancer, and the accompanying stories of the gorgeous women they really are.

I will be showing a limited number of new, large photographic prints on canvas from my series inescapable belonging. All the images are shot in medium format without Photoshop. Rebecca Wilson is the model in this collaborative project that began over 8 years ago.

The show begins at Commonweal , nonprofit health and environmental research institute in Bolinas, California. The opening will be January 24 from 3-5pm, so if you’re in the Bay area, we’d love to see you there..
